— to explore new ways of working together, to challenge yourselves, and to challenge each other.
By observing how others approach things, by pausing together to reflect on habits and processes, and by experimenting with what works, you have inspired one another. We also uncovered areas where you are already excelling — strengths that shouldn’t be taken for granted! And at times we ran into things
that could be improved — but that is precisely where the power of social learning
lies: observing, reflecting, adjusting, and continuously refining. Step by step, you
moved forward together.
