- 2. Customer satisfaction & retention: Target a 15% higher NPS score among customers driven by a stronger internal culture.
- 3. Financial performance: Measure growth in revenue, profitability, and sustainable value creation compared to traditional benchmarks.
3. Establish a new European Corporate Identity
Goal
Position Europe as a global leader in servant leadership, employee empowerment and caring corporate culture where the average employee is more engaged than anywhere else in the world.
Measurability
- Adoption by companies: Engage at least XXX companies to actively implement these principles and serve as best-practice examples.
- International recognition & impact: Elevate European companies to top positions in global sustainability and workplace happiness rankings.
- Policy and research impact: Collaborate with policymakers and academia to influence at least three concrete policy initiatives that promote doing good in business, and support large-scale research on the impact of ethical business practices on success.
