A new contract between employees and employers

The employee

Wants to engage in lifelong learning and reflection to judge correctly what is doing good and act accordingly.

Invests in continuous development and reflection enabling employees to make conscious and well-informed decisions in a rapidly changing world and act accordingly.

4. Temperance

Handles company resources responsibly, prioritizing impact over personal wealth, while exercising self-discipline and balance in desires and actions.
